Have you thought about guinea hens, they are known for eating all kinds of bugs but don't harm your produce. If you do get them, raise them with your baby chick's and the will come back to you coop every night
As soon as the garden is pretty much done in fall I let the chickens in to help me with clean up. Then I cover the whole garden with a thick layer of leaves and grass, and all winter (between snows) and early spring I let the chickens in to continue fertilizing, turn the leaves over, and get extra bugs. It is great!
Our chickens didn't like eating squash bugs either for some reason, but we have been letting them in the garden a couple of times per week while we work on cleaning up. Squash bugs were bad for us too this year, especially towards the end of the growing season.

Our chickens LOVE end of season clean up!!

Film and post it online! There’s a ton of people who would watch you Release The Chickens, and you could probably monetize the videos. Cheers!
Great idea! Our chickens help in the garden after growing season, and our ducks help in our orchard.

I love y’all’s videos ❤ !
Squash bugs were horrible for us this year in SC
Chickens are great for the garden. I let them in there before planting and after.
Wow lots of those little burgers
I really enjoy watching your videos 😊
Spray dish soap and water on them. It kills squash bugs fast. You will have to do it over a period of time to break the life cycle.
Yes definitely I use to use that on whitefly on my cabbages and green beens
They look like stink bugs...or at least what we call stink bugs here in NC haha. RELEASE THE HENS!!!
I'm curious if the chickens ate any stink bugs.
They look like sting bugs to me. We call them stink bugs in the north east also.
Those are squash bugs. They look a lot like stink bugs but their bodies are narrower. We have too many of both here in SW Ohio!
Can you use DE during the growing season? Also, how long did the DE take to kill them?
Do you use food grade DE?
We put our chickens in the garden and they dug up the potatoes we missed
🎉🎉🎉🎉
Good luck with the bugs.
Squash bugs!!! Gosh i hate them!

The chicken won't ete those kind of bugs because those bugs stinks.
Throw chickens in your bed to get rid of bed bugs
Those looked like stink bugs. They are not tasty. They have an oil that tastes nasty.
Chickens will still eat them most of the time though
