Brady can def still sling it. Offensive line was brutalized by injuries this year. No semblance of a running game like the last two years. And play calling was abysmal at times. Especially at his age, this season was still mightily impressive.
This year was very tough for Brady and understandably so. The o-line lost its continuity of great plays due to retirement of Marpet, FA departure of Cappa, and injury to Jensen, while losing Gronk who was a go to target in the redzone or up the seam while throwing nasty blocks to enhance the run game. Was it frustrating to see that he couldn’t work things out with still packed WR room and solid rookie playing in the backfield?
