I LOVE the pruning shears. As new as I am to Neville, I've seen them doing a great job so far. In the past few days I found myself helplessly getting carried away with awful criticism (in my head) of my family. I've finally managed to halt and know it's my job to stop and revise. I've listened to this lecture again and I feel so much better after taking my power "back" from them and pruning my conversations with them. Thank you.

Question. To revise does it only have to be done before I go to bed or can it be done at any point of the day ? Would the act of revising be imagining or would I need to be laying down with my eyes closed to to imagine the events I wrote down?
Josiah Brandt so let’s say at that moment someone says something I do not like. Or disturbed me in someway and I don’t have anything to write it down I could at that moment imagine it played out a different way and then the next time it will be different? I’m sorry about all the questions I’m just trying to understand the process

What if I need to revise a text conversation from a month ago and all the subsequent text convesations since then?
Take some time to go into the silence and retire the conversations until the feeling changes. It absolutely can be done it just requires absolute faith in your Imaginal act.
