Kanyoni congratulations for your passion but in Napier if you wilt in a shade in upright position it will dry and retain green.i see yours turning yellowish because they are in open an overlying each other, secondly you are cutting when overgrown,the best is when they've not developed hard canes for high nutritional value secondly it will sprout back immediately you cut and more feeds than overgrown ones.thanks for your passion.
When I visited Eden hazard they do supplement very well so when it comes to overgrown feeds with low nutrition they replace the lost nutrients with good supplements
