EXACTLY! Every poll said Alsobrooks was trailing. It was a complete blowout landslide. These polls have been failing badly since 2016.😲😲
Angela Alsobrooks has a very tough race ahead of her. Maryland may be a very blue state, but when Larry Hogan was governor, he was considered to be one of the most popular governors in America. Hogan has shown to be able to win in very blue areas due to his moderate views and policies, so this Senate race will clearly be a tossup, or even lean Republican.

yeah, I bet you don't miss the taxes though do you? and they are going up and up and up. I have never seen so many homes for sale in my neighborhood before, so if you wanna come back you can but I promise you, the county executive will be reviewing your finances to figure out how much he can take.
Alsobrooks platform underlines she does not understand nor believe in the US constitution, or Maryland's constitution. Why do the people of Maryland want to control what people in other states do? The Maryland Governor signed laws protecting abortion in the state of Maryland, so how is forcing your views upon someone in another states a rally cry in Maryland? Marylanders are facing some of the highest property and income tax rates in the country, crime continues to be an issue, with murders being common place in areas it was rare just a few years ago, and gotten worse in areas notorious for violence historically. Maryland corporate taxes are sending employers out of the state, but abortion is what you care about? It just seems to me a platform that ignores these real issues ought to be a non-starter if people care about where they live.
Might as well Alsobrooks win the Senate seat because Hogan is a F$#@ING RINO. Those kinds can stay out

Hogan's political views would change if elected on a national stage. As a freshman Senator, Hogan would be voting along party lines on major bills to appease the MAGA leadership.
