Attorney here and MFK GFG is one of my go to scents for when I have to go to court or mediation or any of my work days that require a little more “boss” vibe - elegant, beautiful silage and good projection but not choking or rude, not cheap smelling at all, year round even in the heat/humidity. I even caught a handsome male colleague intentionally walk behind me again just to sniff me (but not in a creeper way). Dana Bianca is also one I go to for work settings but not when I need to have the “boss” vibe but still an elegant, smart, put-together vibe.

I’m so interested in your comment because I had to testify in front of a grand jury and the prosecutor had on an old lady disaster! I think it was one of those Elizabeth Taylor Diamonds and Dementia flankers. Like Noxzema and funeral tuberose with dead carnations… And I wondered if she knew. Because you may love a fragrance, meanwhile others may want to set you on fire! 😂😂😂 Seriously, I dreaded when she came toward me and wondered how many juries she’s made sick. I always wondered if women lawyers dealt with that thought. Have you ever been told to not wear perfume? Serious question. I don’t mean to offend you at all.

@@LotsofLisa not offended at all. There’s only one situation where a particular judge has a sign on her door that prohibits anyone (attorneys and their clients) from entering with any fragrance on. Thankfully that was ages ago and I’ve never been in her court again. But yes, I am situationally aware of scents and situations. I’m typically an over sprayer but I do not overspray in say a court or mediation type event, but I also still want to leave a sillage - just not one that chokes anyone out or is repulsive.

Sunshine makes me so happy! I wear it in the spring and summer - it really blooms in the summer. Definitely not too heavy for summer. And I live in houston where it is hot and humid 9 months out of the year. I kind of lose it in the colder weather.

Easter is determined by the first full moon after the spring equinox. So, it will be the first Sunday after the first full moon following the spring equinox. My family and I just discussed this yesterday on our way to Easter dinner at my sister’s. Also, wear Sunshine Woman now through summer. Yummy! Have a nice day

I had the exact same experience with Chance Eau Fraiche. I purchased years ago and loved it the first day and that changed very quickly. I was in denial for years and held onto it because I kept wanting to love it. I finally decluttered it last year. Strange how that works.

Superb selection! We have snow in NW CT! Now I'm wearing Silky Woods layered with Vanille de Tahite - this combo is a must have for transitional weather, as well as Fall /Winter. Sunshine (W) definitely a Summer one for me as goes great in hot weather x

I also love the color of the Greenwich Village bottle. It’s the perfect color for the scent, so it saves the look for me 😂 but in defense of the Bond bottles, while kind of ugly, they are actually really easy to spray due to the shape
Omggg Jax, I'm so glad someone else is saying this about Chance Eau Fraiche edp!!! I got a sample of it, and assumed I'd get a full bottle because I love the edt, but omg! It does the exact same thing to me!!! It turns really bad, and VERY masculine on me!!! I think it's the Teakwood!!! I tried it a few times and I just can't do it, it almost gives me a headache too, which is really weird. Thank you!!! Now I know I'm not crazy!!! 😅😂❤

I get more of a carnal tuberose in Amouage Love Tuberose but it's balanced and very sweetened by the whipped cream which is just a 💙.
Regarding Chanel Eau fraiche, well not that scent in particular, but the way you said it’s different to you now, I’ve had scents that I absolutely LOVE and certain times I wear them I’ll notice they smell different or not as strong or not as whatever like they usually are, and it’s really weird!! So I’ll Go awhile without wearing it and then when I decide to wear it again it smells amazing!! It’s very strange how that happens but then some scents that I fall in love with just change (to my nose) over time and i declutter them-scents I thought I’d never declutter!!! Very weird how that happens but it definitely does!

Hi Jackie - I’ll be curious to hear what you think of Cafe Chantant at the end of the month - notes look appealing to me! 💜 I don’t get a harsh opening with Celeste either…I love it too.
I am so intrigued by Celeste! People seem to either rave about it or hate it. I’ve seen a number of people who dislike it say that the violet note comes off like pure gasoline to their nose. I do tend to enjoy violet notes so I definitely want to give it a try!

I just wore my amouage love tuberose yesterday 💖
Celeste to me smells like melon or watermelon in the opening due to a combo of the sea water, lime and raspberry mixed together. It comes off as watermelon with vanilla. And then it changes so drastically in the dry down. I get the same vanilla as in bianco latte in the deep dry down after like 2+ hrs I smelt my skin and thought I had applied bianco latte haha. So I think the bases are the same. But the openings so different. But yea initially watermelon I smelt before I checked the notes.
I love bond 9 bottles and my new moves are Greenwich, West side and Saks 5th Ave en rose

I recently decluttered amouage sunshine because it wasn't performing on me. It lasted 3 hours maximum which was really disappointing. I really loved the smell, it really smelled like happiness. It is just me that had an issue with the performance ?😢
I am looking forward to wearing it this month. My samples of it seemed to last but I’ll play with it this month and see how it goes.

Safanad or Valaya are probably my next PDM purchase, I’ve been wearing PDM’s Casilli for March and i love it! I hardly ever see any reviews on that house other than Delinas. Oriana will be on April or May tray. I smelled Juliette at Sephora yesterday, it’s okay. I wasn’t impressed with the new Valentino Green. It smells like a leafy stick, way too green for me. Ruby Red, Musc Rose, I can’t believe how similar our scent profiles, therefore our trays are practically the same.
I’ll have to try Daisy pop. Super curious about that one.
I got the gentle fluidity gold straight from MFK. The juice is not violet and I really don’t like the smell. Maybe it needs to sit for a bit not sure. And I love MFK. This is the first time I was disappointed

I’ve had my MRK Gentle Fluidity Gold for over a year and it still hasn’t turned purple. Makes me feel like I got a fake 😢 even though I ordered from a reputable site.
I think the earlier formulations were not purple. I know others who have clearer juice too.
