Great review! I just bought an RTL two weeks ago and loving it so far. This is my first truck. It meets all my use cases and it is so enjoyable to drive.
Great review! My only beef with the Ridgeline is $50k-ish and no 360° camera!! Chevy/GMC Ford, Nissan have them. C'mon Honda! Not a deal-breaker fortunately.
Great review, Gold Pony. In 2000, I looked at the Tacoma and the Ranger, but neither compared to the ride comfort of the Honda truck (I'm old). There are so many positives about the Ridgeline and reliability is key. I own a 2021 Black Edition Ridgeline, 35,000 miles, and have not had ANY issues. Routine maintenance is a breeze. I bought a Leer color-matched cap because I like keeping my stuff out of the elements. The in-bed "trunk" is awesome --- my secure, rolling tool chest. Full plywood sheets lay flat. I bought a 7-foot aftermarket rubber bed liner that I roll up and put away when not needed. I cut off enough to cover the bed, then attached some of the leftover portion mounted on the inside of the tailgate. The remaining portion I use as a mat in front of my garage workbench. Recently, my oldest daughter (Gen Z-er) told me she wants to turn in her leased Mercedes and asked if she can buy my Ridgeline. Soooo, I'm in the market for a new Ridgeline!
The worst waste of money I spent. The front window blacks out so driving in north back roads it is difficult to see the bends. It's not nearly thec2013 ridgeline I had. 350000kls I should never of sold it. This isn't even a truck. It's on a sub body. Piece of crap.
I own a 2025 Black Edition, and It could use a 360 backup camera and slow speed follow. The adaptive cruise cuts off at 25 mph. Sure hoping the 3.5 V6 recall doesn’t affect the latest models.
I wanted to know more about the power folding neuros. Specifically, whether they are automatic when you place the vehicle in park or if you can control them manually.
The “it’s not a truck” comments are tired out and lame. Anyone buying this thing knows what functionality they are getting, along with the pros and cons. Ridgeline may be the right truck for me at this point after driving traditional “pick-ups” for the past 50 years. The more important issue for me is the durability of the Honda VCM engine. I’ve owned other Hondas/Acuras for 20+ years, have one now, but not VCM engines. Will appreciate any input on the VCM V6…
I received a recall notice back in January, for my 2019 Ridgeline. As of today's date, they still do not have the fuel pump available to repair my truck. Total 🐂💩👎 Now seeing news reports about people are reporting engine failures.
Payload of around 1,500 lbs and towing capacity 5,000 lbs. Now aside from being unibody, tell me how those figures compare to body on frame of comparably sized "trucks?"

After that new Passport dropped a nice redesign, I’m actually wondering what the new Ridgelije will look like.

Ridgeline is the only one in its class . Due to the way it’s built
The best mid size truck ever I got one the RTL and satisfied with it

@@Combat556 nope the joke is the car that identifies as a truck and their owners
@ Father forgive him, for he knoweth not of what he’s talking about!

Honda, where is the small cab 6' bed Ridgeline?
It's time.
Do it !!!!
Hi, what is the lock button on left of glove box, have you tried it. Also should you put in snow mode prior to turning into it or driving in it. T.y.
An amazing vehicle called a truck called across over. Call it a SUV with a long bed. It has every thing needed.

The 2025 Ridgeline is not much different from the 2017 Ridgeline. This truck has gone stale. Honda needs to update this truck.
Compared with Toyota Tacoma, Nissan Frontier, & Hyundai Santa Cruz, right?
Right 👍
@goldpony Thanks Brother, & That Honda Ridge line is Faster Than a Hyundai Santa Cruz
@@rakhsiprayogo82and faster than the Tacoma!!

Yooo
best in class it’s the only car in its class 😂😂😂😂 it’s a car that identifies as a truck
Works just fine as a truck. put my mountain bikes in the back. Tows may Ranger Bass boat!
Bang pony
Best in class? I guess you haven't heard about the engine problems.
I haven't. I know Consumer Reports gave it best in class reliability though. Just got their new mag.
yup tons of engine issues
Its not a real truck thats why they dont sell like other trucks

Ya’ those other trucks haul their lawnmower gas can an additional 2-4 inches above grade..
Only thing I’d want is higher ground clearance. Don’t need a rock crawler but do go on the beach.
Dolt. It can tow. It has a bed and a tailgate.
