    It would be helpful to understand if there is a difference in usage between two words or phrases that appear to mean the same thing, e.g. есть vs. кушать, or имею vs. у меня есть.

    • @ardred1
      @ardred1 2 роки тому +1

      Hard to explain. This is the level of native speaker.
      Филологический анализ пары есть/кушать можно посмотреть здесь ua-cam.com/video/MxY-9xB4a3s/v-deo.html
      "Имею" may have sexual connotation.

    9:39 добро пожаловать You alternately stress the last, then the first, syllable of добро. Does that mean that either stress is OK?

    • @coolkoala19
      @coolkoala19 2 роки тому

      Well you should stress it on the o, which would be in the last syllable....when she stressed in on the first syllable towards the end she did so in order to have a joking and easy-going tone, so in a serious way stress on the second syllable.

      Is because of grammar suffixes. There is very logical analogy in Russian, with exceptions. That's why it's easier to learn than German which has bunch of noun articles. But Russian has 12 casusand complicated verb tenses

    Thank you for the amazing work. Can you say the phrases in Russian several times instead of once slowly, normal then moving on? It would be super helpful to learning the new word and if it is transliterated. Explaining the difference between singular and plural of the same word is so beneficial and practical!
    The examples you give with each word are wonderful!
