Aint no way. It's the same general type of Henry's speech "Nowhere To Run" chords. What the hell. Scott really likes to use that chord progression. It's mostly noticeable from 0:23 - somewhere around 0:50. It's also identifiable in other main games and throughout the FNAF World OST. Kinda neat
