It does sound quite a bit like Bon Jovi's "Wild In The Streets", probably because of three things: The songs are in the same key (at least the verses - the chorus is different), the lead singer sounds a lot like Jon Bon Jovi (personal opinion), and the production sound and quality (the "feel" of the song) are very similar as well.
Another band that sadly didn't get the exposure it should have - thank goodness for UA-cam. Thanks for sharing!

Spot on!! I find their production style similar to Danger Danger's self titled albums. Background vocals are similar.
I like it though. A shame I never heard it back in the day. I will enjoy it now. :)

    I remember the Friday nights
In the heat of the summer time.
With a restless heart and a rebel soul,
We were all dressed up with no place to go.
Now, I remember the song that was playing,
Ah, what the words were saying.
The station locked into the groove,
That song was meant for me and you.
The radio turned up to "10",
We rode the night 'til morning came.
We were rockin' with the radio!
    Whoa-oh-whoa-oh!
We were racing with the summer moon.
    Whoa-oh-whoa-oh!
We were rockin' with the radio!
    Whoa-oh-whoa-oh!
We never thought that love could end so soon.
    Whoa-oh-whoa-oh...
Rock rock rockin' with the radio! Oh, yeah!
    I remember Christine's eyes
On the night we said goodbye,
With a broken heart and shattered dreams,
    Feelin' twenty-five at seventeen.
    Oh, I called the…

    A estação trancou no groove,
    Whoa-oh-whoa-oh!
    Whoa-oh-whoa-oh!
Nós estávamos balançando com o rádio!
    Whoa-oh-whoa-oh!
Nós nunca pensamos que o amor poderia acabar tão cedo.
    Whoa-oh-whoa-oh ...
Rock rock balançando 'com o rádio! Oh sim!
    Whoa-oh-whoa-oh!
    Whoa-oh-whoa-oh!
Nós estávamos balançando com o rádio!
    Whoa-oh-whoa-oh!
Nós nunca pensamos que o amor poderia acabar tão cedo
    Whoa-oh-whoa-oh ...
    Whoa-oh-whoa-oh!

I keep on wondering: there was so much of really awesome AOR/Hair-Metal bands in the 80s, still you can find something you missed from that era. It's a shame that these days we don't have such a glam or just a pop-metal variety in music.
