Diddy probably said he was sick and tired of Pac dissing him and would like to see it stop or Pac just go away. Keffe probably interpret those words differently, as in Murder. Keffe fails to extort Diddy for falsely interpreting the message. Keffe is in debt with a lot of people, broke, and or sick and needs money so he goes on the internet to try to take Diddy down as a final extortion attempt. Or Keffe has given up on extorting Diddy and has decided to self destruct because Keffe has very little to lose at this point.
I suggest you look the interview up between Vlad and Biggy and Puff bodyguard, Gene. I promise you it all will make sense after your listen to it.
