Probably won't happen. Zip got all the money that was offered and Keefe D got none of it. Zip is dead and the money is probably long spent by now. Not really they had the info months into the investigation, 1 problem was gathering enough evidence and 2 Orlando was killed while being investigated so couldn't really nail him to the wall once he died. Then queen for a day deal keefe they couldn't arrest him when he originally confessed to get him off the pcp charge.
