Elisa! This one will be so interesting. I can't wait! Where do you think you'll put the closet you are sacrificing for the master bath? The garage is so odd....all that space and just one door? So awkward. Opening up all those unnecessary walls upstairs will definitely open up the floor plan and allow you to expand the kitchen. I think this is the cleanest interior I've seen on your channel for a "before" video. I'm very interested to see what you do with the backyard space, as it seems it was probably difficult to utilize as the house was mostly upstairs with no real link to the backyard. This will be a fun challenge and we await your finished product!!!

Glad you opening up them bathrooms and kitchen. That entry space I love. I love the lemon trees, that space was so nice. That out door shower is so weird to me.

That is a strange place for a fireplace! Would it be too much trouble to get rid of it all together? I have never seen a yellow bath, pink, yes but not yellow. I think a two car would be better than a one car garage. Can’t wait to see the transformation.
