It's pretty easy to play actually, his skills are all easy to use but I think he lacks damage right now, he does well in lane but especially in the late game it's very underwhelming
Hwei just deals no damage, and his cc lasts no time. He is worse than xerath in practically ever way, except maybe the utility on his w (which is garbage imo).
"played him once and went 0/10" opinion all jokes aside though he does a hefty amount of damage if you don't suck at the game. sure, he doesn't nuke you with a single ability like other artillery mages do, but he excels at longer fights and sustained damage. in laning phase, a single WE-auto-QQ (+passive) can chunk the enemy for like 10-15% health. in teamfights his ult is REALLY good at setting up more crowd control from your team, cuz it's basically a huge aoe nasus wither. to do damage with him you just gotta be smart and hit your skill shots.

I don't think he lacks dmg. it's just that a good 20% of his dmg is in his passive and people are just missing his skills too often
please change the animation on 5:22 where Aatrox is revealed as Gen Chovy, but is not clear if the health "gained" is healing or just flair
