I think he values haste extremely highly on Hwei and his AP ratios aren't the best. He builds Hwei similar to Chovy's Ahri build last season which consisted of all the cheap CDR items (everfrost, old banshee, horizon, etc.). Proccing Hwei's passive frequently (especially now that its buffed) is extremely valuable.
Ngl I liked mythic items, but as a concept. I feel like with most if not all items they have always been overly hit or miss. With them now finally hitting since like what, season 8 or so? Mythic items would have been cool, but riot's item management is a bit :))))))?
