This looks soo good…now you are sending me to the kitchen to make some I don’t like buying corned beef but will definitely try this recipe out. Thanks Mama for sharing 😍😋👌
I’m here for this! ❤ I’m Nigerian and that jollof is making me want to reconsider Ghanaian jollof oh! It looks tantalizing! Thanks for sharing your recipe❤!
The veggies look so,so fresh , the colors are so vibrant!! Friday evenings was Exeter cornered beef jollof for my cousins. We will swap food with them twice a month. It was delish! Thanks for sharing!
I grew up on corned beef jollof and goat meat jollof. Nowadays they just like to make orange rice 😅 That was also how I knew the difference between Ghanaian and Nigerian jollof.
I enjoy watching you cook ;everything looks so appetizing my only drawback is the amount of salt/sodium content which I understand can be adjusted, overall you do a beautiful job ❤🎉🎉🎉
We have got actually 3 different varieties of cooking jollof rice you be lucky for Fantes/Ga's/Osu people will tell you when it is a big do or invitation for weddings or bringing jollof to the table or a guest do.
@@KwankyewaasKitchen I must admit while I was watching you cook the jollof, I started to get anxiety just watching you prepare the vegetables for the sauce in the oven. I thought at first it would be entirely too long of a process little did I know that would shave of an ample amount of time when cooking the sauce. You did not have to cook the sauce on the stove top long before putting in the rice. I’m glad you are one of those people who create ways to cut down the time we spend in cooking our African foods no matter the country. The time we spent cooking our traditional foods because of how we were taught gets tiring after a while. As a Liberian I haven’t cooked our jollof in a long time because the process is just too enduring. I started modifying the way I cook my jollof, but now I have a shorter way of doing it. It looks so good and I could almost smell it.. lol Thanks for your amazing videos. Maybe one day, no pressure at all you’ll make Kati cake..
Very interesting use of canned corned beef and mixed vegetables. Looks delicious. Thanks for sharing.🌹

When peeling onions soak them first so that the gas from the onions won't burn your eyes.
Rather than throwing away all your vegetables, scraps use them to make a broth
❤❤❤
Gari foto please.
Yes!!!🥰🥰🥰🥰

Forgotten Runner beans/French beans/haricot vert/and white beans. Those are the days.
One jollof, and u mix all this in to it ? It will not test good.
Too much salt 😢
I don't think your follof will test good.
