All the hate and no respect. After she fell through a skylight think in coma briefly. I'm sure reasons for allowing Stassi bullying once that friendship ended a softer kinder Katie emerged. Sadly a toxic Swartz allowed jealous Sandoval to repeatedly abuse her.

12:59 I relate so hard to the nausea thing. My daughter was an emergency C-section. I was so nauseated from the epidural they kept having to give me more and more anti nausea medication. I ended up throwing up the first time they let me hold her.

Ok The Office ASMR on Spotify is my go to when I can’t sleep. It’s just a guy narrating episodes of The Office. Even on my most sleepless nights, I’m out before an episode is over. He did drop off the face of the planet after season 6 tho

I have insomnia and have been since I was very young. First surgery when I was in 5th grade...they had to give me much more anesthesia than normal because it didn't knock me out. Super fun times.

Zofran is great, but over use can cause cardiac problems. Smelling rubbing alcohol is supposed to stop nausea as well. It works for me sometimes.
Peppermint oil is also GREAT and peppermint water or sucking on one if you can tolerate it!!

I always wondered about Katie’s accident and the TBI and how no one around her was sympathetic to the affect such a fall could have on her emotional regulation I can’t believe she even went through that

katie!! your napping position sounds very relaxing and grounding! feet on the ground is literal grounding and hands on your chest also grounds you to center yourself...the way you "nap"/rest is actually aligned with what a person can do to re-center and relax. I'm going to try that, bc going into bed allows the opportunity to sleep for hours and wake up frothing with hate lol

I love the restaurant questions lol.
We always prioritized the people that were in the restaurant physically at our place, but those delivery apps do have a ranking system, and alot of the metrics are based on speed of orders. So if you take a long time to make the orders, and the drivers are waiting, they can give your restaurant a bad review and it affects your visibility ont he apps. Might be why that Poke place was prioritizing the online orders 🤔

Traumatic Brain Injury = those neuron and pathways are injured so your brain needs to find another route. People don't consider how serious and lifelong a TBI is.

I nap like Katie vertically tucked into the corner of my couch with my feet on the floor but only if I’ve taken my adhd meds. Otherwise, I need to tuck under my weighted blanket & disappear for 3+ hours.
My friends dislike how unpredictable my naps are but I envy their ability to take cute little cat naps.

Peppermint oil works Great and you rub it on wrists behind ears!! Or Peppermint water or sucking on a Peppermint if you van tolerate it. I prefer the oil because usually I cannot tolerate anything by mouth.

Omg what is it about being 30 and suddenly having a sensitive stomach? Because I had 2 surgeries within a month of each other. Got sick the first time after taking a Zofran, so they gave me this little patch in the back of my ear instead. I can't remember the name of it for the life of me, but I begged for that one before I even woke up 😂 saved me. Now I randomly get motion sickness😅
Omg Katie I actually nap like that too. Maybe cuz I'm also a tbi girl but if I get too comfortable then it won't be a nap I will just go to sleep for like 6 to 8 hours but if I do the sit up napping with my phone by me that way my alarm can't be missed and it's already in my brain that I can only have X amount of time to sleep then that's just what I do and it works but sometimes my ankles gets swelled up from doing that
