11/30/23 Trout fishing derby! Silverwood lake

My first troutfishing of this year I limited out in less then an hour

Most of the people were in the middle of the lake, I was by the shore in the shallow water.

Are all the shallow spots good in these big lakes

Almost all my catches have been in shallow waters,specially trout they like to be in depths no more than 5 to 10 feet because they flee from predators
