You'd be able to choose between Sam and Dean (or play co-op with a friend), Cas could appear as a special summon-attack, and you'd have stuff like shotgun, holy water etc as weapons. Or a similar setup, but with Legend of Zelda or Final Fantasy gameplay (just replace levels with open worldmap and dungeons)
