This is something I wanted to know about. 😁 There is one exception for using a brush, silicone brushes could be used and come in various sizes. Same with mini silicone spatulas if more comfy using those. This makes me want to experiment with dripping friskets over an assortment of silvers and rainbow holographs with assorted light blues, grays, and a teensy hint of black as the foreground. Add in some black stencils for silhouette background images (trees, buildings, etc) that can also get frisketed between layers for added depth perception.
absolutely fantastic,..........thanks, haven't use the masking liq for ages, shall have to haul it out..............excellent............thanks so much................barb UK
Annika Wilde it's kind of like a glue you make designs with then you paint on it..when dry you pull it off and it leaves the designs or words you made with the "glue" .I guess you could use school glue maybe

You could use rubber cement as the mask as well.
is the rubber cement pickup similar to an eraser?
This is great. I love it
Hi, Where can I find what looks like rubber or silicone mat stencils?

Can masking fluid be used on fabric? I'd want to use some original designs in an art quilt.
may I be so bold as to suggest you try it on scrap.........

Why use masking fluid when a white pen will do the same?
