I love the simplicity of the rigs you use, all my biggest fish used to come on a drilled bullet and a trace and at some point I got lost trying to get more technical and thinking about that since then it’s been years of moderate results

Your dead right about resting the fish ! I dont rest them as long as you do but it is essential to look after our fish stocks ! I carry a little first aid kit for any digs in them as well , great channel keep up the great content
I rarely fish for pike because I'm not confident in handling them but this has become one of my favourite fishing channels on UA-cam.

Do you think the big girls stay in the same areas or do you think they roam?
If it's a lake they can be terratorial and prefer certain areas but most of the time they roam , normally they aren't too far away from the bait fish
Never fished down there before,but are drains free to fish or owned by clubs??
