Frank Carrera Jr. was born on August 24, 1953 and was called home on April 23, 2023. He joins his parents in eternal rest Frank & Ester Carrera, along with his Son Fernando Lee Carrera. Survived by his wife Rosie Carrera and their children: Frank Carrera III, Anna Barba, Fredrick Carrera, Arthur Carrera, & Amanda Roncancio. He is also survived by his adored grandchildren and great grandchildren. Brothers: Lee Carrera, Israel Carrera, Sr. Sisters: Manuela Rodriguez, Evangelina Almendarez, & Josie Morales. He is loved by many in laws, nieces, nephews, family, friends & the grand-pets. He enjoyed working at the City of Houston Parks & Recreation Department for 20 years, but he enjoyed retirement much, much more. He enjoyed working on his 54 Chevy Bellaire and taking it to car shows. He enjoyed working on his house and yard. He loved to spend the summers with his friends and family by the pool. He was his grandchildren's number one fan. And he loved his ASTROS!
