When you want your video go sideways it is simpler just to select video and use animation out to go left, right, up, down instead of doing those keyframes.
Yep! The built in animations are the easiest way to animate something on or off the screen. And they do things that would be much harder to do with keyframes. You just have less control with the animations, but they're perfect most of the time!
Another awesome CapCut tutorial! You are the CapCut Guru! What software program are you using for sharing your screen and that shows you talking in the circle at the bottom? Is it Loom or Dubb by chance?
I appreciate the kind words! I use Camtasia to record my screen. I do the main edit in Adobe premiere, where I put myself in the circle. But that’s easily doable in CapCut. I’m just a lot faster in Premiere since I’ve been using it for so many years.

@@lulzuTheGoat Congrats on 1k! Looks like you're about to hit 2k! I'd suggest making long from videos - not shorts. Shorts are great for quick views and subscribers - BUT - they are so short they are not good for getting watch time hours. AND, the ad revenue is terrible compared to long form. Long from is where the money and watch hours are.

That's the catch. Shorts get way more views, but they don't mean much. Get GREAT at creating long form, and you'll get views that count more. Long form is where the money and real subs come from. It's just a lot harder to stand out.

6:50 - Background texture jittering like Ali Abdal’s.
7:25 - Result so far. 💯✅ Easy.
7:34 - Super cool; starts on normal background then in first second transitions into textured background. 💯
9:09 - Animated text, always in motion. ✅

why I don't have the smoothing option for keyframes in my capcut for windows
You have to first have a keyframe on the clip in the timeline. Clip must be highlighted. Then right click and choose show keyframe animation. Make sure the playhead is EXACTLY on the keyframe. It'll be blu when it's selected. Hit the tiny downarrow on the right of the clip "show keyframe graphs" If the keyframe is blue, the graphs should appear in the middle.
Is there a way to record a macro or plugin that automates all these steps since they’re probably almost always the same steps each time?
I'm not aware of a way. If you find a way, please share and I'll pin your comment!

Can I ask, how I can hide one overlay in Mobile, I can't find the hide or theirs no such thing like that in Mobile?
My userface of Capcut is not at all like yours with all your features. I just downloaded it a few days ago. What version are you using? I don't the cutout option at all. And other features you are using. Please help.
There are THREE CapCuts: Desktop, Online and Mobile. I'm on Desktop on a Mac. On a PC it will be nearly identlical. Features will vary by country.
I'm guessing you're using the browser/online version.

@@aboubacarkeita8616 C'est une super vidéo. La plupart de ce qu'il a fait, vous pouvez le faire en utilisant les techniques que je partage dans cette vidéo. Il est surtout :
- Apporter des graphiques sur et hors de l'écran
-Changer son arrière-plan d'où il est assis vers un arrière-plan différent
-Ajout de texte ou de graphiques DERRIÈRE lui pour le rendre plus intéressant
-Il se déplace sur l'écran/flotte
-Les graphiques et le texte sont en mouvement
Je pense qu'une chose que je n'ai peut-être pas abordée est la façon de redimensionner les graphiques - comme lorsque les graphiques plus gros qu'Ali utilisent augmentent ou diminuent. Il s'agit simplement d'utiliser des images clés pour modifier l'échelle.
Pouvez-vous nous indiquer l'un des effets que vous ne savez pas comment réaliser dans cette vidéo ? Vous pouvez simplement me dire le timecode du début et de la fin de l'effet. Merci!

Yes! You need to plan for it in advance and film a few seconds of your background without the subject in it. Then you can use the Scene Removal Mask in FCP to remove the background. Also, thanks!

Oh dang, sorry I didn't say what I did! On a Mac, hold down the option key, on a PC, hold down the alt key while dragging!

when i add a background overlay, it only showcases the background and hides me. But in your video the background is behind your video
Are you in mobile or desktop? You need to cut yourself out in order to see the background. On desktop you use cutout > auto cutout

For adding background images or videos why we have to duplicate the original I have tried many times but its not working correctly.
If the background isn't long enough, you can duplicate it so it repeats. You have to hold down the option key on a mac or alt key on a pc, click and drag to the right or above.

Great tutorial but for some reason I'm not sure why when I move the background between the two layers it just overlaps me, i'm not on it but behind it. What should I do?

My text isn't shifting to the background layer as expected. Please help.
In the PC version of CapCut, the bottom layer is on the bottom track, your text layer would be on the track above it, and the top layer would cover everything below it, unless it's partially cut out to reveal what's beneath or only partially covering the screen. It's a little confusing because in the mobile version it can be backwards, and reordering the layers is different.
Explain in more detail what's happening with you and I'll try to help. You can also email me a screenshot so I can see what's going on. My email is in my About section Nancy.
