Yeah it was my fault for not doing the CT scan with a contrast dye injection back when this began. I just got a regular CT scan and they couldn't see the results clearly. This time I said yes to the dye injection and they got the results and panicked saying I need surgery NOW
Daammmmnn..thats crazy shit man.... but ..c'mon.. you know better than to eat that crapy junk food... i hope you found the solution for this pain now.. and also you need to look into on how to fix that hole in your guts... Alkaline food is medicine. All the Best Arc.
I'm pretty sure the hole is mostly fixed now. I've been eating heaps of food including junk food again just to see what happens. I feel perfectly fine. The problem is that before I went from super clean eating to super junk food eating too suddenly. That's how I injured my stomach. I was eating super clean raw vegan for 2 years then I suddenly started binging on pizzas and stuff. But as of now the junk food can't do that to me. I'm not clean enough. Feeling great though without pain but I gotta admit it feels better when you eat super clean.
Wow crazy fellow gyrowheel pilot. You were perfectly healthy, which seemed like 6 months ago. Making videos on the reg, then dam this struck you down like that. Man, I hope you get well. You certainly look like you're in a hard way, lost a lot of weight. I hope you get well soon friend.
I'm doing good now brother. Not just that but I can now eat whatever I want and never have an issue. Pain levels mostly at 0/10 and zero nausea. It's been a miracle. I've been putting on over a kg per day too.
keep your diet super strict, if it happens again and its not from junk food then id consider surgery but otherwise if it is the bad food just never eat that stuff again
If this happens again I now have the key to solve it (not fentanyl btw lol). So there's definitely no need to consider surgery. Also I'm doing much better now and it seems I was kinda wrong about the bad food thing. I can now eat whatever I want and have zero issues. No pain at all and zero nausea. But I still believe that the junk food caused this initially. The reason it did is because I went from a super healthy strict diet (had been on it for 2 years) to suddenly binging on lots of different types of junk food. But now junk food can't do that to me the way it did back then when I was super clean and vulnerable to bad foods.
As long as its not fentanyl thats the cure, im happy for you. Glad you found the real problem too. Did they do that thing i told u about, where you drink the weird liquid and then they do like a MRI or something to see if the liquid leaks out anywhere inside ur stomach? The liquid like glows on the scan or something so they can easily spot if theres a ulcer or rupture somewhere.
bro lol bro lol bro lol I was waiting to see who would wonder if it's fentanyl. I kind of did that on purpose lol, made it seem like maybe that's the key 🔑 Yeah they did exactly that but it was with a CT Scan. That liquid is called contrast dye. This is how they determined that I have a gastric perforation and need emergency surgery to avoid fatal outcomes. They also said that no matter what I eat I'm gonna feel the pain. Because I told them that if I eat good I'm good doc. Turns out we were all wrong. I've been eating whatever and feel perfectly fine. I think this perforation is mostly healed because I don't feel a single bit of pain now. No nausea. Nothing. Things couldn't be more awesome!
Mate I had no idea you were feeling like this… You’re right food is medicine … are you familiar with Dr. Michael Greger? His book ‘How Not To Die’ is amazing… Sorry to hear about your pain, though I’m pleased you’ve got a handle on it… Beach run and ride looks sick , so much fun.
Yeah I'm very familiar with Dr. Greger. I mostly agree with what he says. I'm doing real good now though man. I can eat whatever I want too it seems and don't feel any pain. I think I'm basically healed up now.
@@arcrides6841 I’ve always been super suspicious of medical intervention and avoid taking medication as much as I can. That's crazy bro. I paid $90 for a membership and I get free rides for a year including free drugs. But I don't think I'll need it because it seems I'm better now. Can eat whatever now too and no problems with anything. It's pretty amazing the way this has gone.
So your fear of what might happen kept you in a state of 12/10 pain for three months?! Damn, the brain is a crazy organ. Glad you seem to have figured things out. I’m eager to learn what can repair a perforation without surgery.
The body itself can repair the lesion so long as the stomach acid isn't constantly attacking the wound. Hey Trevor I still haven't said what is the magic substance that will let me avoid this crazy pain if this ever happens again......but the sentence above gives a hint.
@@arcrides6841 I’m really excited for the reveal. If anyone can figure it out, it’s you! It could even have wider implications for the health and wellbeing of others in similar situations, so I’m rooting for you.
Why do you like feeling such gut-wrenching pain? I would think that once you knew what caused your painful situation, you wouldn't do it again, but here you are, eating that junk food that you KNOW gets you sick. What is your draw to feeling sick in pain? Does it make you feel alive or get sympathy from others? What's the deal? You're so intelligent and yet, you enjoy suffering with doubled over pain. I only ask because I don't know anyone in my life that enjoys the pain that comes with almost dying and you ate junk and got sick, then got better and ate more junk and it took you out for 3 months and then you got better and ate the same junk food and got sick. Clearly you enjoy it so I was just wondering what about it you enjoy.
It's called addiction. I despise the pain but convinced myself it wouldn't be that bad this time. But things are far more complex than that. I'm now recovered from the perforation and I can eat whatever I want now. Just as an experiment to prove this I've been binging on junk food again. Had no I'll effects apart from the low energy it brings. It's a bit of a miracle how fast I got out of that hospital and started eating like crazy. But I'm not gonna keep eating trash just because I can now. I'm back on 1 meal per day. And a super clean one at that.
LMAO, the title is so wild and preposterous that I have to laugh. If you declined surgery because you wanted to ride your euc, that will be the dumbest thing I have ever heard of my life.
No that wasn't my reasoning lol. If you listen carefully you'll understand. Basically I had already gone through this hell in the past for over 3 months and recovered with zero medical care. I knew full well that I could recover this time without surgery because it was much less severe this time.
Careful man. That leakage can lead to infection, then peritonitis. I almost lost my mom to that, back in the 70's.
Sorry to hear about that brother. Thankfully I have recovered from this and things are looking very good now.
Just what the doctor ordered, a 30 mile beach ride on the ShermMax. Fixes every ailment, every time!
Yeah so true. Gotta do this ride more often.
Great footage on the beach!
Indeed
Thanks. This is with the 360 cam
Dude, glad to see you back up and rolling! 🎉 cannot wait to hear the solution. Crazy
Yeah bro feeling fantastic and doing better each day it's crazy

Ulcer....Wow that explains the blueberries.
How did you get that injury in the first place? Glad you're ok👍✌️
No one can be sure but I have a pretty good idea how it occured. It's complex though I'm gonna do a vid on it soon.

wear a helmet and proper shoes when riding....
I always do except for when riding at the beach. The sand is very soft and a helmet can grab it during a slide and twist your neck.
