Try adding some air stones, both of them seem to be particularly struggling for oxygen and your water seems very still. Anyways, great video, I love the coconut hide- it's very creative!
Mine have just had first fry in a coconut shell too! But I can only see 8 fry, is that normal for first time parents? Thought there would be a lot more? Great video, thanks
Not necessarily aggressive their not aggressive their protective they should go round chasing that's aggresion but if u come too close they will chase u away
My boyfriends Kribs killed every fish in his 20 gallon tank when they bred. My mated pair is in a 40 gallon and they tend to stay to one side and just chase away fish that get too close, and there haven't been any deaths yet. Give them space and they will protect their little area.
Total nightmare I'm afraid she killed him! I thought he was guarding babies or something they showed all good signs but he was just in fear for his life :(
+Smokey joe I have sucessfully bred a female albino and male normal Kribensis. Result was about half and half albino to normal fry. The albino take much longer to reach salable size of that is any help. But it did help me as is allowed me to get rid of the normal to my lfs at a staggered rate.
Nice scape man I love it

sallyann Evans It is normal. If it's their first time being parents, it will take them a few tries to successfully raise all the fry. Congrats though!
Maybe I'm looking in the wrong places, but where can I find the coconut shells online?
just buy a coconut and make take the crap out then cut it in half
