Have you thought about upgrading to a safety Plug and also Surge protection ? That could have very well set fire to the RV had it shorted on the RV side!
Then again if you have good insurance, then cash out lol.

The RV side has a lot of safety built in so not too worried about it. I can't believe it isn't sold yet and it does have good insurance, so ... haha
