After Jordana gains a new commercial enemy, Jared makes a request to single listeners for this 4th of July: take advantage of the fun holidays. The first email comes from a confused listener after a man drove 3 hours to surprise her and quickly lost interest after. The Awkward Encounter comes from a single mom who met a man in France, but had to work through logistics for a hookup while traveling with her daughter. Then, the next emailer is worried she’s scaring men away by being too upfront about what she wants. The episode ends with a “Red Flag or Deal Breaker?” about men in thongs, annoying sayings, and changing thermostats.

Jared’s like, ah yes let’s complain! And Jordana’s like, no I’m going to DESTROY LIVES!!! 🔥😡🔥 hahaha so relatable 😂 I had also listened to her mention this on Betches & Oversharing and figured I knew what was coming, but it’s fun to see how the convo differs based on the different cohosts.
Eeeeww!! That story about the mom and the bar and the consideration of bringing a rando man into their room…. ??!? Jordana is sooo right. That’s a trip with your kid!!!!
I say this as a single mother myself (my kid is alwaysss with me, father ain’t around) … so I understand the desperation sometimes and need for time to yourself but.. you don’t put your kid in jeopardy. This is just bizarre

Jordana is completely right, how Ticketswap works for example is that you upload your ticket and you get paid if someone bought it. When you go in contract with them to sell it, you release your tickets, no one has to wait once they've purchased it. That is crazy.
And the hot steamy mother is also very cringy leaving her daughter on their trip like that.

Jared, that was soooo revealing to me how you explained the random showing up - it's not romantic, it's trying to keep it casual. I had a guy trying to "date" me with only asking randomly if I'm available, and I was like um no, I have a life, if you can't schedule anything , what's the point? (He did this after 1 scheduled and 1 random coffee date that we had) I smelled this BS, but you clarified it so well!
It was crazy hearing the male perspective on this bc I would have assumed a guy driving three hours and crossing international borders to surprise me was very romantic
