Great videos and a very economical/efficient build with good results. With the advantage of time owners now have a clear tuning and modification path to follow for max horsepower/torque gains on stock turbo N55 (especially BM3 revisions stage 2 & 2+, flex fuel kits, XHP trans flash, Dorch HPFP, E30) while maintaining a reasonable level of reliability for daily driving, if doing your build today would you add any other mods? In addition to my intake, inlet, charge, Intercooler, downpipe, BM3, BM Flex Fuel Kit, Turbosmart BOV, new NGK 1 step, new OE Coils items done so far. 2016 435i F36 with 27k miles, very good clean car, and like your car runs good. I am conflicted whether to do the Dorch DS15 HPFP, CSF Performance Radiator, Mosselman Oil Thermostat, 3.5 Bar TMAP, XHP trans flash, given its a toss up between running fuel system at limits vs turbo at limits, both paths are not the best for performance to run at limits of any of the cars systems, and certainly not best for for reliability, so it's 400whp until something gives, or try and give it the extra supporting mods for performance "reliability". Would like to just accept reality and get a couple year old M4, or M8 but to frugal when more of a want then a need. 😁
I would say to optimize your stock turbo, FBO setup I would get the Stage 1.5 Dorch hpfp and run bm3 stage 2+ map. That’s next on my list. If you plan on upgrading the turbo i’d upgrade to the the stage 2.5 hpfp.
E50+100% methanol will give you more power, more fuel and higher octane than full e85. Full e85 requires dorch st2 and lpfp upgrades. With e50+methanol you don't need lpfp upgrade and only dorch st1 and meth kit.

Hey bro, I do really like the exhaust sound especially for the cold start. I already order the VRSF charge pipe, castles downpipe and intercooler, and chose DINAN carbon intake also the BM3 stage 2. Others are factory. Is the sounds similar than yours

I just got the 435i m performance. I keep getting a weird whistling noise from the front. I've read it could be an air intake leak but a buddy of my thinks it's the front tires. It happens when letting off the gas at low speeds. Did u ever have anything like this happen to you?
@@bmwdriven I don't think so because there doesn't seem to be purpose to it. It's not consistent and when I drive close to another vehicle the sound goes away most of the time. The sound also seems to bounce off cars when I drive in a residential street. I taped up various body paneling and the noise is still there when I drive.

You do not pass emissions. I just swap it out. It’s easy on the N55.

When I lived in Ca I found someone to pass me with all of my mods. Texas is a little more lenient. I just swapped my stock DP back on to pass.

Are you sure it's not the sweet sound of your turbo spooling? Do you have an aftermarket intake?

@@salvadorgutierrez4854 A high flow cat usually will not pass smog. Best to put the stock DP back on the car for smog purposes.
