The apt building has been there for years, just a new paint job. You missed the new post office coming soon. Nice review of the area. The west end of town will be a T &A truck stop with food. Those are Juniper berries, they make gin out of them, so I would venture to say you could eat them, but probably not very good unless to boiled them down into a syrup maybe? I am also looking to buy some land in or around Ashfork.
There are several 10-acre parcels as well as 2 and 5-acre parcels.Between Kingman and Flagstaff, there is still a lot of available land. The land gets cheaper going east past Flagstaff.

Oh, I didn't know that. The wildlife around there seems to enjoy them. lol
