Mark: Thanks for the tips, maybe someone can use your decorating tips to start an event like ours.
Our local community has an annual boat parade that is anything but typical. Decorated boats, trailers, car's / trucks, live music all done on the streets of Chino Hills Ca. Not to be outdone there's an after party at the local church where everyone gathers (including the boats) for free hot cocoa / cider. baked goods more live music / caroling and a visit from Santa.
