    By automating note taking you give up the active part listening analyzing synthesizing an learning. This laziness has bad consequences.

      I think you have a valid point. But if you're like me and don't have anyone to take notes and organize them, this is better than nothing. But in either case they are pros & cons. Thanks for the comment.
