Splash Mountain Disneyland - Early Recording Session Pre-1989

Here is something really cool, a recording session from before the ride opened! There's a lot of cool differences in the instrumentation and even a recording of Sooner or Later, the song that was eventually replaced by Burrow's Lament in the final ride. Unfortunately the rendering messed up and didn't display the last few images but... oh well, it's an auditory video anyway.

Great video. Love the music and the pictures. Splash truly was a gem. I hope the neutering of the details on the outside isn't indicative of what's to come on the inside.

@@calsand6 Better than nothing. Which is what we'll soon have in the States.
Of course even better than that would be both Splash Mountains closing. Not permanently mind you, but actually for a lengthy refurbishment to restore them back to their original states. Maybe even enhancing some animatronics or effects here n there....
But of course we can't have any nice things like that because Disney's currently run by money-hungry morons who loathe their audience.
