Painting a Fun and Simple Vintage Rose Scarf - Beginner Level

Today I’m sharing one of my favourite designs - I call them posies because they’re like a vintage rose. I only use simple resist circles, free painting and outlining with a fine black marker. (Marvy Fine Tip Fabric Markers)
