2020 World Series Champions Dodgers!!!
They are now last Tuesday. October 27. You predicted it from 3 months ago. You’re exactly right. First World Series win in 32 years since 1988! And Corey Seager is currently the reigning World Series MVP due to amazing base hits and home runs. Off Atlanta braves and Tampa Bay Rays. Including the Max Muncy grand slam off Grant Dayton. In the 2020 national league championship series. And then, Mookie Betts had been a clinic on stolen bases for the Dodgers. He deserves it to be there. And all of the Dodgers deserves to get a ring. God bless. Corey Seager plays shortstop on the team. 🏆⚾️🧢
Losing WS Game 4 after being up 4-0 still haunts my nightmares
It was 4-1
That one hurt but even if they won that game it was still going to be an uphill battle. Up 4-0, and 7-4 with Kershaw on the mound in Game 5 in 2017 will haunt me forever.
No question 2017 hurts worse because if we'd won game 5 in Houston we would've won game 6 at home

Dodgers exceeded expectations that year by actually going to the WS for the second straight time. They really had no business being in that postseason, to be honest. As a result, winning that NLCS title turned out to be pretty good compensation because there was no way IN HELL they were gonna take out that juggernaut Red Sox team (lol). 2019, however, no more excuses for them. Now or never, folks!

@@danielnorris6785 Nah, they weren't ready to go all the way last year (Jansen made sure of that back in ST, lol). That's why them winning that NLCS title against the Brewers was so unexpected. If not for rookie Buehler's clutch start in game 163 against the favored Rockies, Dodgers wouldn't have even sniffed postseason play and I would've been fine with that. This year, however, I expect them to close the deal!

any true dodger fan expected them to win it all that year, ya they only had 92 wins, but after game 163 they turned into a beast who couldve won vs anyone, their offense just didnt show up yet again in the WS, and roberts playing for boston didnt help
