I tried making a stove kinda like this, but smaller and the clay cracked. Do you know why? It was grey wild clay that I dug up. Perhaps I needed to pound it, play with it more or add something to it. Anyways your stove is cool. Thanks for sharing.
Sorry, watched it twice, but missed where and how the ash collector brick is used before placing two pvc pipes. Which side does this brick go, and how to remove the ash collected. Is there some drawing of this model. Please share a link.

For example red mud collecting (does it have to be red mud, do you just add something to mud or is it a special type that you have to buy) and mixing (with what) I want to start living off grid and am trying to learn but my knowledge is limited-;

I think it's red mud thts it, base is made of Adobe i.e red mud and dried grass, u can find many videos on that.
