Dude! I have a family of gamers and it's funny kinda the differences and similarities we all have in game styles, consoles, etc. It is a bit annoying because we have so many different game systems and set ups and has different games, etc. It would be nice I think if we could just have 1 console....or have all games work on all consoles....then we could share games / play together more. And I def miss the cracking open a "fresh disc" lol.

Cloud gaming will be apart of the future but exclusives are forever. It only takes one reason to do so. Even when cable tv was the main source of entertainment we still had paid per view. I have not bought a next gen console yet but I will probably bite the bullet when GTA6 comes out. A rising tide lifts all boats. If a console ever tried to make a non-microtransaction console with only quality games, like nintendo's old "Seal of Quality" used to promote the original NES, I might be willing to put up with exclusives again.
