I also secondly want to say, HOUSING TWO OR MORE HAMSTERS CAN BE DEADLY because hamsters thrive off of being alone. Thirdly, wired wheels with holes are harmful to hamster paws. Fourth, hamsters climb on their cages when stressed. Fifth, NEVER PUT HAMSTERS IN WATER unless if they get dirty to the point they need an actual water bath! Hamsters use sand as a means of bathing. They roll around in it and it keeps their fur clean. I hope anyone reads this comment and learns more about proper hamster care. Please, if you get a hamster, DO PROPER CARE! THEY ARE NOT TOYS! Do proper research before getting one! Also one more thing: do not get a harness for your hamster either. They do not go for walks like dogs do. Saucer wheels are also not beneficial for hamsters and often need a stand up wheel over 8 inches. 10-12 for a syrian. However, some of the clips in this video aren’t that bad. For example, 6:30 is a perfectly wholesome and adorable clip.
Yes, it is. There should be no need for a hamster to take a bath, it’s dangerous and causes stress. They groom themselves and they can take a sand bath. They shouldn’t be taking a bath I water unless it’s absolutely necessary but even that could be bad.
