These fillers have a problem. The story behind why the rasengan was created is so beautiful and it represents the love between Minato and Kushina. The simple fact Naruto learned the Rasengan wasn't because he was an incarnation of Asura, but because he was the son of the 4th Hokage, who created the Rasengan.

This is also why Himawari inherited the Byakugan and Boruto didn’t. Further more, there was an equal chance that Sarada wouldn’t inherit the Sharingan unlike other Uchiha who inherit 100% chance of obtaining it because they have parents who are both 100% Uchiha.
