    Sir mera mater 2 sal sai tarik chal raha hai bandra mai or jab jao tab tarik jab ki mere pass sub document hai 2000 kaa sarve pavti or 2000 phale kaa BSCS ka light bill bhi hai lakin abhi tak koi sunwai nahi ho raha hai to mai kya karo please help me

    Sir mera jhopda 1996 me bana tha. Light bill 1997 ka hai.mai 2003 me wo jhopda kharid kiya, mere bare bhai k sath. Light bill me dono bhai ka naam hai.
    Fir 2008 me mai bare bhai ko paise de kar pura room apne naam kiya hu.ration card, adhar card sab hai. Kya mai patra hu ya apatra me aata hu . Please reply kijiye

    Sir humne 2022 me chawl me ghar liya tha. Ab vo redevelopment me jane wala hai. Share certificate humare naam par convert ho gaya hai but photopass par purane owner ka naam aur photo hai to hum photopass humare naam par kaise kar sakte hai?

    Sir 1Developer ne landowner se developing rights aur imla malik se rights liye he pr kafi saal se property tax pay nhi kiye he aur us land pr jo chawl he us pr number bhi dale gye he aur wo developer ne logo se 18saal se rent aur transfer k paise liye he pr develop nhi kr rha he,kuch logo pr case bhi kiye he jisme wo haar gya he ye situation me kya kr skte he plz rply

    Mere pitaji ke room ka survey 2005 me hua tha 2006 me mere pitaji ne room ke 2 part kiye aur 1part mere nam kar Diya mere pass 2006 ka ration card light bill voter I'd hai
    But itne sal hone ke bad builder 2023 me sra project chalu Kiya hai
    Annex2 me mere pitaji ka nam hai par mer nam nahi hai to me kya Karu please help me

    agar kisi slum holder ko sra project me shamil na hona ho toh , uski zopdi ko bina tode zopdi rehne di jayegi kya .
    Ya phir 51% ki majority sra project mil gayi ho toh remaining 49% ko bhi bina marzi ke project me shamil hona padega? Please reply

    हमारे चॉल में कंसेंट फॉर्म साइन की प्रोसेस sra के लिए चालू हो गई है ,50 परसेंट मेंबर ने साइन किया है ,पर कुछ सही नही लग रहा है ,क्योंकि कोई लीगल एडवाइज नही ली गई , सोसायटी ने कोई लॉयर नही किया ,और कोई बैठक ऑन कैमरा नही हुई ,तो क्या ये सब सही है

    Agar koee zhopdidharak ek zhopdi ke 3 hissey karta hai ..2 mein woh khud aur uska pariwar rehta hai..
    Sabhi zhopdiyon ka woh lightbill. Ration card bana leta hai
    Aur ek part kisiko bech deta hai to kya kharidnewala fass gaya hai?
    Ya usko bhi SRA ki taraf sey benifit yaane ghar milega ..?

    SIR builder ka TAABAA document ka kya kuch important hai kya at the time of allotment q ki jab builder demolition kar raha tha tab usne agreement or taaba diya tha or taabaa may likha thaki taaba dikhane pay hee allotment pay hee allotment milega
