This question is for Mr Das: About three years ago, many Bhutanese students who went there as part of TITP came back as they couldn't bear the mistreatment by the Japanese employers/co-workers and overall poor working conditions there. Some of them are unable to payback the bank loans. Have there been cases like this with Indian students in your knowledge?
