I always miss him as well, but I'm also impressed with the calibre of guest presenters they've found. Clearly the answer is just to make more videos and then we get to see more of everyone, and a whole lot more objects in different institutions.
When you see the similarities between so much of Life on earth down through the eons, it’s hard to understand how one could not believe in evolution. Those vertebrae and ribs are millions of years old but so iconic that a school child could point them out as the vertebrae and ribs of some type of animal. It seems like a natural conclusion to assume that all such creatures are linked.
I can not be the only person who sees the beauty of someone who collects dinosaurs having the surname Ketchum. 🎵I wanna beee the very best, like no one ever waas🎶
Michelangelo would not agree! He was adamant that the sculpture was already in the rock, and all he had to do was to remove the junk around it! He was not your regular guy
"Why did you do a video on dinosaurs?" "I wanted to plesiosaur!" Please you sir? No, no? Fine, suit yourselves. (my genius is wasted on you people, grumble, grumble)
Yup its from a group of reptiles that were once land dwellers, but then returned to the sea full time, they are like the reptile equivalent of the Mammal worlds Whales
I don't know if we could call it a reptile or a fish. I would think this predates both of those? Maybe a mix of the two. Too lazy to google and find out right now
Hi - No, the to find a common ancestor of reptiles and (some types of, specifically lobe-finned) fish, we'd need to go back to the Devonian (400 mya). Plesiosaurs are from the Triassic (200 mya).
Oh wow! The Bradyosaur is such an amazing fossil specimen!
Bradysaurus?
+
I dino what you're talking about, this clearly proves the Loch ness monster is real, as well as bigfoot, chupacabra, and star wars
That was a really naughty question...so Brady,
Haranosaurus
Juliet was not impressed with being interrupted 😀
She left a downvote

I do miss Keith whenever there is a video without him.
Hilary was a very good guest and I hope to see the finished Plesiosaur at some point

This was such a treat of a video! And showing Julia's work and that skeleton was out of this world. You've got it good Brady, you've got it gooood!
Really enjoyed this one. Good content presented with a smile.
No wander your channels are so popular.
Merry christmas, Brady! Thanks for the good content!
Holding dinosaur bones and making star wars references... This channel is the epitome of nerd and I wouldn't have it any other way.
star wars is my favorite show. Live long and prosper, I always say
Brady’s a geek! Love it!

That's my favorite Gandalf quote too!
So say we all!
Really great episode!
Juliet has a very rewarding job. It must be like meditation! Perhaps a little tough on the back and neck though...

When Brady visits the museum, he can say he was into this plesiosaur when it was still underground.
Is it on display yet?
IT IS!
SO COOL.
Haranosaur sounds kind of catchy :)
Where do they do the CT scan? At a hospital?
"Why did you do a video on dinosaurs?"

Yup its from a group of reptiles that were once land dwellers, but then returned to the sea full time, they are like the reptile equivalent of the Mammal worlds Whales
Wait... Whales did some time on land?
Larweigan The ancestors of whales and dolphins were land-living mammals. They’re even-toed ungulates, and their closest living relatives are hippos.
Video killed the Bradyosaur...
But how many Audreys long was it?
3:26 Man, that's a lot of joints.
and not one is in my pocket, smh.
Nah I ain't mad, I just quit smoking, huge step for me, keep enjoying weed though!
How do you get Juliet's job? That's a dream right there.
Oooh very interesting :-)
Brady, if you want a species named after you, you have to go and discover one.
Francois - There's plenty of unnamed beetle species out there, if Brady wants to go looking...
Behold! Haranosaurus rex! :-P
