I can speak to the validity of Good Smile. They're usually at comic and anime conventions and do produce their own figures such as Figma and Nendoroid
I'm still debating. But honestly for the price I would expect the plates to be truly stacked, not imitation. Still such a beauty.

The black shelf behind me I believe is called a Kallax shelf from IKEA. I also use Detolf glass cabinets from IKEA to store belts
