Hello chef! I do not know if you spend time out of the kitchen reading viewer comment. Anyway, thanks for yet another beautiful recipe. Next, a nagging question. I'm Jewish, observing Kosher rules, so I can't eat pork, and I can't mix dairy with meat. So I'm looking for non-meat replacement for the Ham cubes here. To your best guess - can any smoked fish work? (Salmon? Tuna? Mackerel?) What "flavor profile" will work best with the cheese and the asparagus instead of Ham? I can try of course, and probably will, but I watch your videos and I know you have a very wide range of taste, from India to the middle-east, from Russia to very-americas foods - So.... maybe you have an idea. Thanks again!
Ill make like 60 of these and vaccum seal and then deep freeze them for my kids over summer. Quick and easy breakfast. I do this with fries, chicken nuggets, pizza rolls and taquitos. Kids love it. They just air fry and good to go.
I wonder if those mini pans stack? I wonder if you could put a bit of philo pastry in each on one side, then stack on the other pan and bake for philo cups...
