Just discovered this series and I’m currently on episode 7 (Peru) dreading the fact that there’s just one more episode. This is a great series that really stands out amongst others of its kind. First, it’s entertaining and engaging…you will chuckle. And…of course it is informative. You get to meet wonderful people from around the world and learn about their culture and traditions beyond the food. It provides a historical context to some of their traditional foods, often rooted in oppression by colonial powers. Yet it never comes off as stuffy, pedantic or exploitive. There is such obvious love, appreciation and respect for the food but also the people she encounters. I really hope there’s a season 2. Thank you for this gem ❤
