49:16 Ink Bottle met the condition for becoming Critical at the same time it was discarded. This caused Critical to “halve” the effect of Ink Bottle before it got doubled. Not sure if that is a mod issue or general Wildfrost jank.
Tiger charm on Bolgo might have gone nuts especially with the branch of nuts. But hey hindsight is always 20/20. Love watching your vids Mr Streamer! Please continue to do cool shit! Its super fun.
I don't really get not putting the tiger charm on one of your units that actively wants to take damage (Bolgo, Grumps), seemed like a no brainer the second it popped out of the machine, but anyways. Death by a thousand needles.
The Pombomb counterplay is to get Bolgo hit enough so that your clunkers have enough shell to eat Pombomb but the question is can you still have enough tempo if you setup the early part of the fight that way, which your team might not have with how slow it was. Ultimately I think it was more a problem of your build just being bad than the fight specifically countering you, putting all your build into a starting companion that for the most part can't 1-hit a large amount of the enemies in the mod (30ish hp enemies) even when it gets giga attack buffed (plus 2 hp+ clunkers being much more common) is just weak in general; tbf tho that fight specifically would likely be bad for Bolgo since Bolgo's base effect encourages some type of shell/stall build using bulk to facilitate offense and Needle hard punishes stalling so that was kinda a knowledge check. I think you needed to go to the late travelers to try to find something that would use the spice better, but I think at a certain point that run was just doomed even if you pivot later in... Tough! Really is one of those early mistakes snowballing out of control type runs.
this mod does have a lot of clunkers and block charms by the looks of it, which makes slow attacking units kinda suck (especially with curses making it harder to access scrappy swords and such to deal with them)
I might be getting too into the semantics, but does snoffle (16:15) actually trigger kobonker? Kobonker specifically says "trigger against enemies *hit* with snow" but snoffle does not actually hit.
it's crazy that the tiger charm *might* have been enough damage to push through the Jumbo. What a nightmare
Tiger charm would have absolutely been enough with how many times he hit konker with branch of nuts

Bulgo is very good for this mod. Needle is just such a dick boss.

How could you :(
This run gave me an allergic reaction.
Voyix, why is chris griffin on the bottom right of the screen?
I think tiger Charm on Bolgo + Snow-Drinking Bolgo would have generated enough health/teeth to make it through
thank you for the wildfrost content!

haha nuts
30 scrap health is a bit much innit
Not much can quickly murder 30 hits needed to kill units
I should have known that siding with Ooba Bear in Act 1 would lead to the bad ending at the Clunk Club...
Shrimps is orange

It triggers against the application of snow, doesn't need to actually be a hit because big snowball causes kabonker to trigger
Wall-nut in Plantfrost?
I was not impressed
Bolgo, however?
Bolgo is nuts
When it comes to shells he pecan't be beat
