Strong for your age.. fine a low box to squat on that is below parallel but do it with light weight or do pause squats with about 40 percent of your max after your working sets!
Good work man, gotta get those hips below the knees for a proper squat...you are close need another 3-4" deeper. I am 58yrs old, my PR Squat is 325lbs x 2, chasing 405lbs...Lets Go Brandon!!!
Thank you for the great advise. I'm trying to get lower and sometimes it's hard to tell if you're low enough. I guess I''ll find out come June 3rd in Arizona. Sometimes others have a better eye. Train hard and be safe while doing it and best wishes on the 405 squat.
Very impressive, I hope to be that strong when I’m in my 60’s
I don't know how old you are, but you may be stronger than me by the time you get to my age. Keep on training and be safe while doing it.

Sound like a great idea Tommy because sometimes we struggle when we think we're hitting depth but are not.

You look a lot like Monster Michael a Todd, the arm wrestler
Didn't know who he was until I looked him up. Good eye. We could pass as brothers.
