Chief secretary IAS D.S Mishra sharing his learnings and life experiences | Alma mater IIT Kanpur

In this episode, we spoke with Uttar Pradesh's chief secretary, Shri Durga Shanker Mishra Ji (IAS 1984 Batch), who studied electrical engineering for his bachelor's degree at IIT Kanpur.

He came from such lowly beginnings that he couldn't purchase books while he was a college student, yet he is driven to succeed in everything.
He could have attended any foreign institution or the top college in America, but he chose to stay in India to serve his country. He had 10 CPI and was the best student in the batch.
From poverty to prosperity, the journey is a testament to the transformative power of resilience and ambition.
