Great interview! There's so much that I can relate to here. Thank you both for talking about both the ups and downs. I also struggled with the hiding, sneaking and lying. Also spent months drinking through the naltrexone. I kept with it and finally feel free of alcohol. For anyone out there struggling just remember it's one day at a time, one small change at a time. Stick with it and keep going! It's interesting how so many people contribute a spiritual component to their recovery. I don't think that's a coincidence 😊
I’m so grateful that I found you and the Sinclair method. I’m in Japan and the doctors here are good doctors but their only advice is that you need to do a 90 day detox facility. Naltrexone is not readily available here so I have to import from India. I’m so relieved that there may be an alternative to 3 months in a facility that feels like prison. Thank you!!!!!

I am so glad I found this video. This is the first one I listened to that touched on alcohol and blood tests showing effects. I to am in my 50 s and have alcohol related fatty liver so I have been battling within my brain if this pill would help or just further damage my liver. Thanks for this video!!

How are you doing? I am on day 31 on tsm. I have been compliant because it is my last hope. I drink 2-3 bottles of wine a day. Today I switched to beer. I had 4 cans. I have heard that it is best to stay off of high alcohol content. I don't like beer so maybe it will help me wean off alcohol. I just ordered more pills from India. I'm doing it alone. My husband is an AA zealot and does not support me at all.
