I made a cold SW chicken salad with a small amount of yogurt/sour cream. I came here looking for a way to extend it into a dinner meal. I used all these ingredients + a can of drained black beans, so I'll add the corn chips & cheese on top and bake it. Thanks! I know it will be wonderful.
