The English Muffin makes sweet & spicy popcorn

Ingredients:
Olive oil.
Popcorn kernels.
Butter.
Garlic.
Sriracha sauce.
Honey.
Smoked paprika.
Salt.
Method:
Add a knob of butter and 1 chopped garlic clove to a large microwaveable dish and melt for 10 seconds.
Add 1 tablespoon of Sriracha sauce and half a tablespoon of honey to the melted garlic butter, mix and set aside.
Heat up a large pan and add a teaspoon of oil. Careful not to add too much as this will make your popcorn soggy!
Add enough popcorn to coat the bottom of your pan. About 100g.
Sprinkle on smoked paprika and salt.
Pop the lid on and leave to pop on a medium heat.
Wait until your popcorn stops popping or until there’s a 3 second gap between each pop.
Turn the heat off and leave the lid on for a further minute.
Take the lid off nice and quick and pour the sauce on.
Use your saucy bowl to serve your popcorn.
Crack open a cold beer, pop a movie on, and enjoy!
